  • Ongoing support and optimization

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the project
  • Grant necessary access to systems and tools as required for the engagement
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the authority to share any data or grant system access
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project's Statement of Work. General terms include:

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
  • A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the proposal
  • Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes custom code, configurations, and documentation developed as part of the engagement.

Applicatio AI retains ownership of:

  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • General knowledge and expertise gained during the engagement
  • Reusable components that are not specific to your business

We may reference the engagement (without sharing confidential details) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, technical specifications, financial information, and any other information designated as confidential.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement for a period of two (2) years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Applicatio AI's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. AI tools assist decision-making but should not replace professional judgment.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings
  • 100% accuracy of AI-generated outputs
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of AI systems

AI technology is inherently probabilistic. We design systems to be reliable and accurate, but no AI system is perfect. We build in appropriate safeguards and monitoring for all solutions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement:

  • For convenience — With 14 days written notice. You will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
  • For cause — Immediately, if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure within 10 days of written notice.

Upon termination, we will deliver all completed work and assist with a reasonable transition period.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Applicatio AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
